We want you to feel confident shopping with JOURALI. If something isn’t right, follow these steps to send an eligible item back.

HOW TO SEND IT BACK
Start your return online
Enter your order number and the email address you used at checkout to begin.
Choose items and print your label
Select the items you’re returning, then print the prepaid return label provided.
Pack, ship, and track
Pack your items securely, attach the label, and use its tracking number to follow the shipment. Keep your carrier drop-off receipt until your return is complete.

Exchange your purchase for a different size, color, or style within 30 days of delivery. We’ll guide you through each step and automatically settle any price difference.

Choose your replacement
Start your exchange online within 30 days of delivery and select the size, color, or style you’d like instead.

Send back the original
Use the prepaid return label provided with your exchange and send the original item back in its original packaging.

Price differences, handled
If your replacement costs more, the difference is charged to your original payment method. If it costs less, the difference is credited back to that method automatically.

Return shipping & refunds
We’ll cover return shipping when an item arrives defective or we sent the wrong item. For other eligible returns, the prepaid label cost is deducted from your refund.
When JOURALI covers shipping
If your item is defective or you received the wrong item, contact our support team before sending it back. We’ll provide the correct prepaid return label.
REFUND TIMING
7–10 business days
After your return is received and inspected, we issue the refund to your original payment method. Your bank may need additional time to post the credit.

Can I return sale items?
Yes. Sale items may be returned within 30 days of delivery unless the product page marked the item Final Sale.
What if my package is lost?
Check your carrier tracking first. If it has not updated or your package is marked delivered but is missing, contact JOURALI within 7 days so our team can investigate with the carrier.
Can I return a digital download?
Digital downloads are final sale once they have been accessed or downloaded.
Do I need the original box?
Please return the item unused in its original product packaging. You may use a different outer shipping box to protect it in transit.
